Brian Bridgman

Brian Bridgman has been a license real estate Agent for 16 years and over the last 8 years has focused on commercial real estate sales and leasing.  His past positions he’s assisted the brokerage(s) by working on listings, sales, BPO’s as well as the marketing and leasing of retail, office, industrial and land properties.  He has worked closely with large and small clients including owners, lenders, loan committees, investment committees and asset managers with property valuation, property analysis and strategies to maximize the return of their investment for clients. He has worked with an extensive list of clients including Dutch Bros coffee, Bashas, Wells Fargo, Mutual of Omaha, Aetna Realty, Whitestone REIT & Sorenson Management Group to name a few.  He is an Arizona native and is the father of two.
