Jared Guess
Jared has been the Designated Broker for American Realty Brokers since 2005 and has reviewed over 12,000 real estate transactions during his time with American Realty Brokers. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Arizona, he is also a licensed Real Estate Instructor with Scottsdale Community College teaching Pre-Licensing Real Estate classes. Jared serves on the Arizona Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee serving as a Chairman in Ethics Violation cases and Procuring Cause cases.
As the Designated Broker, Jared assists his agents in providing superior service to the clients they serve. He makes himself available so his agents have the support they need, when they need it. Agents enjoy the accessibility they have to Jared and the relaxed atmosphere in the office.
