Tracy Flores
Tracy graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has attended post graduate school for Business Administration. She has resided in Arizona for over 20 years practicing as a Registered Nurse. Tracy and her husband have invested and improved on multiple residential properties over the years. She has had personal experiences living locally in areas such as Central Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Chandler, East Mesa and currently lives with her family in Scottsdale. As both and experienced home buyer and seller, Tracy has a deep understanding of what can motivate a curious buyer and what elevates interest in a seller’s property as well as keeping updated on market trends.
Currently working with a select niche of international clients, Tracy remains dedicated to keeping a small client roster. Whether it’s a first time home buyer or a residential investor she is focused on providing her clients with individualized attention and an exceptional transactional experience.
